AP - A federal judge has tossed out a lawsuit over the destruction of a third New York building in the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks, saying the "strange, improbable" events could not be foreseen.

Reuters - U.S. officials correctly designated an Islamic charity, Al-Haramain Islamic Foundation (AHIF) Oregon, as supporting terrorism but improperly seized its assets, a U.S. appeals court ruled on Friday.
