Bloomberg - Feb. 8 (Bloomberg) -- John Brennan, President Barack Obama’s counterterrorism adviser, said Republican congressional leaders learned on Christmas night about the interrogation of terror suspect Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab, and called subsequent criticism “a bit of an outcry after the fact.”
