Condolences offered for NJ woman shot to death (AP)

Parvaiz and Antoinette Stephen are charged with connection of the murder of 27-year-old  Nazish Noorani.  Stephen and Parvaiz both face charges of murder, conspiracy and weapons offenses.  Parvaiz and Noorani were wed in an arranged marriage six years ago. Their 3-year-old child was with them Tuesday when shots rang out. They were in the Boonton, N.J.  community visiting relatives. Obama deportation policy could be 'nightmare' for law enforcement (The Christian Science Monitor)

The Christian Science Monitor - Sheriff Neil Warren, dubbed "Wild West Warren" by pro-immigration groups, has racked up nearly 15,000 immigration-related arrests in Cobb Country north of Atlanta. A new deportation policy announced Thursday by the Department of Homeland Security could mean that many of those arrested by Mr. Warren may not only get out of jail, but could go back to Cobb County with a legal work visa in hand.
