(Reuters) - A car with a suspected drunk driver at the wheel barreled into crowds watching a homecoming parade at Oklahoma State University on Saturday, killing four people and injuring more than 40 others, authorities said. Witnesses told of bodies being flung dozens of feet into the air as the gray Hyundai Elantra plowed into the throng at the intersection of Main Street and Hall of Fame Avenue in Stillwater, some 80 miles (130 km) northeast of Oklahoma City, at the end of the parade. "At first we thought it was part of the show," Konda Walker, a 1991 graduate of OSU, told the local Stillwater News Press.

Daniels at the Colorado State Penitentiary in Canon City, said Adrienne Jacobson, spokeswoman for the Colorado Department of Corrections. Daniels lunged at Holmes and "took some swings" at him as the two prisoners were being escorted by guards down a hallway inside the lockup on Oct. 8, she said.

The lawsuit filed in federal court in Maryland, where the spy agency is based, said the NSA is violating U.S. constitutional protections and the law by tapping into high-capacity cables, switches and routers that move Internet traffic through the United States. The case is one of a number of challenges made by privacy advocates against U.S. spying programs since 2013, when documents leaked by former NSA contractor Edward Snowden revealed the long reach of secret government surveillance.
