Police: Suspect admits killing woman in Wash. (AP)

Two people suspected in the death of a Washington woman have been issued fugitive warrants by the states of Oregon and Washington and will face arraignments in California on Friday. David Joseph Pedersen and his girlfriend, Holly Grigsby, were stopped Wednesday afternoon north of Sacramento.
