Launch had been targeted for 6:10 p.m. EST from Cape Canaveral Air Force Station in Florida. The next opportunity to launch is 6:07 p.m. EST on Monday, said NASA launch commentator Michael Curie. The rocket carries the Deep Space Climate Observatory, nicknamed DSCOVR, a partnership of NASA and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.

The 34-year-old suspect told authorities that he had an explosive device and would blow up the station, but no explosives were found when he was arrested at the scene, according to the Grand Haven Department of Public Safety. "The incident was initially investigated as a potential act of domestic terrorism due to the circumstances," a police statement reads.
