AP - A lawyer for a former Soviet military officer accused of offering to sell weapons to a terrorist group said Friday that she'll challenge the government's case on the grounds that it has no jurisdiction to prosecute him in the United States and that it violated Thailand's laws when it recorded him on the day of his arrest.
